A Wednesday evening reception in a rural barn – what’s not to like?
Regular readers will know I LOVE barn weddings and being a new venue for me, I’d been looking forward to this one for a long time.
The Rustic Roadshow was ALWAYS going to be the order of the night for this one, despite having to reduce its size considerably to fit into the tight setup area (size isn’t everything).
The party kicked off with the first dance which was unusually Wine Slow by Gyptian, with guests invited to join Alice and Merry at around the halfway mark.
From thereon, it was full on party time with a real mix of songs both pre-selected by Alice and Merry and guest requests. For a Wednesday night, I’ve never seen such a busy dance floor!
Music covered just about every genre known to man, all met with yet more dancing…it was a blimmin’ AWESOME night!
